my hair is WAY TOO HARD for color to develop
my hair is SO hard that color doesn't develop on it. i have black hair and i wanted to go blue with the ends. my stylist pre lightened the edges (it took two time applications each 20 minutes for the natural color to fade) and then they applied hair dye and left it for an hour. and there are still blonde patches and the color came off as green. is it my hair or are the salon people fooling me? here's a photo:
