When to test?

I’m usually on a 25 day cycle but because of my ovulation date (30/09) Glow has put me on a 28 day cycle. The earliest date I can test with First Response on a 25 day cycle is tomorrow and on a 28 day cycle it’s 10/10 according to the First Response tool. How long after ovulating should you wait to test? I don’t want to test tomorrow and then be stressing until 10/10 if I get a BFP.

Answer

The cycle length being 25 days would assume af is 14 dpo, cd 11. If you Ovulated for sure 9/30, you won’t be 14 dpo until 10/14 and the earliest at 6 days early is 10/8 but that’s only 8dpo. I’d say 9dpo is earliest but really 11-13 is more realiable. 10/10 is prob a good place to start.
