New Supplement Use

My cycle is so off and unpredictable, sometimes lasting until I take progesterone to start my period. I’ve started taking vitex and myo&d-chiro inositol to try and balance out my hormones. Today I am on cycle day 28. After sex with my husband today, I noticed a tiny bit of blood. I don’t know if this might be the start of my period or if these herbs cause this side effect occasionally. I’m wondering if anyone has had a similar story to mine or has experience with these supplements.
