PAIN to right hip/ovary area?! Anyone else?

Hi ladies, I’m so uncomfortable for the third day now, I don’t know what’s going on. I started getting this intermittent pain in my right lower abdomen what feels like almost inside my hip, or like where right ovary would be. It feels like a nerve/cyst pain or something like that. It comes on for a few seconds and feels very uncomfortable, unrelieved by positional change, and then subsides. It’s been coming on regularly, I hope these aren’t contractions? I’m assuming it would be weird to just be on the right side? it hurts pretty bad even woke me from my sleep! I don’t think it’s ligament pain because i got that before and it was more sharp, felt different. This feels more visceral and internal and like a dull ache. My guesses are either maybe sciatica nerve being involved, or maybe some cyst on an ovary being pressed. But i won’t be able to handle this for long 😩

P.s. I’m 24 weeks btw
