Side effects on the pill?

Hi, I’ve started the pill recently, almost finishing the third week now.

I’ve noticed some blood, mostly in the morning (I take the pill at 15:30) and I assume that’s normal and will disappear when I have more hormones in me.

My libido has disappear and I find myself sad and wanting to cry all day. Also I have no vaginal discharge now (used to have a lot), and barely lubricate for sex (that might be because although I want to do it, my libido is off)

Is this normal? Will this side effects go away after an adaptation period? I don’t feel myself
