OPK- Glow Ovulation “4 days” out?

Hi ladies! I had my IUD taken out on Aug 27 (had a few days of removal bleeding) and immediately started using the ovulation test strips. My surge for that first cycle was on Day 15 so ovulation was day 16-17ish? 
Today is day 11 of my second cycle and I’ve been experiencing watery (almost like I peed on myself) and stretchy clear cervical mucus for the past 2-3 days. I took an opk test as soon as I work up this morning and it’s pretty dang dark. My question is- Is it possible that I am already ovulating and my body is still is still all over the place from having a Skyla for 2.5 years (and having been on the pill for 8 years before)?

Few things. Glow is just guessing and by the information you put in. It will probably adjust your ovulation date. It did mine because it was way off. And yes your body could be out of whack but you can still work with it.  Another thing. You're not supposed to take those that early in the day, your hormones haven't had a chance to set for the day. Most packaging you get with those(or even googling it) says you are to do them closer to 11 am and another before 8pm. I didn't read them the first time and got a really dark line at like cd6. Lastly, that's not quite positive but I'd say probably a day or two. Here is a picture of my last months peak. Hope it is helpful.  Best of luck to you!
