Lots of cramping with pressure....
I am currently 16 weeks with mono-di twins and I have been having a lot of cramping since last night and this morning added to the cramps is pressure in my rectal area and sever pain in my lower back. Nothing I do is soothing it and idk what to do or if I should call my doc. Also there is no bleeding.
