FTM & needing help

Just had my baby almost a week ago. I was prescribed Oxycodone 10mg immediate release tabs and the OB that was on call and discharged me said it was ok to take while breastfeeding for a few days.

I only take 5mg because the 10 is way too strong when taken at once And I’ve taken probably 10mg in a day.. if that. But no more than 15mg. I’ve been pumping a lot and giving baby the milk and I’ve been reading how it does pass through breast milk & symptoms baby show if it gets to them. and now I’m freaking out because I’ve been feeding him and he sleeps for like 3-4 hours after. I’m so scared and I’m in tears because I don’t want this to be affecting him and I feel like it’s already in his system. He has his first pediatrician appt tomorrow and I plan to let them know. The reason why I take half or the whole 10mg(5mg two times a day) is because I’m still feeling discomfort down there and some pelvic pain. Help pls 😭
