2 month check up....BIG BABY!

My son is 9 weeks and measured at:

16 lbs 5 oz — 99% percentile

24.5 in — 97% percentile

He was a big baby when I gave birth to him (9lb 5oz) and I exclusively breast feed. We don’t bottle feed at all.

These results were kind of shocking today. Does anyone else have experience with having a larger baby? This is my first child.

Doctor didn’t seem concerned because when baby starts crawling and becoming mobile, he will lose the weight. I definitely didn’t expect him to be this big though 😥
