I never thought I’d have to ask for help with something like this but...

How do you deal with German cockroaches? We don’t have an infestation or anything but I have seen two roaches in my house in the last two weeks. We spent 4 weeks at the hospital with our new baby because he was premature and in the NICU...come home and have seen two. I can’t figure out how we’d even have them because I am such a clean freak! There’s no food out ever and I disinfect everything every other day! Anyone know what I can do to squash this problem before they get worse? I’m freaking out a little!
