Recently Diagnosed with PCOS & Pre Diabetic

We have been trying to conceive for the past 2 years. 4 months ago we saw a fertility specialist. Who diagnosed me with PCOS. She informed that my hemoglobins were high and to follow up with primary dr. My primary put me on 500 mg a day of metformin 3 months ago, due to the raised levels and diabetes run in my family. I have been on b/c fir the past 4 months. And last month I found out I had blocked fallopian tub so our plans to IUI were taken off the table. (Really confused on why). And she told me I needed to continue on the b/c. But with PCOS & a blocked tube takes all my chances away. So I know it’s ground upon but my husband and I decide to stop taking the b/c and to see if god has other plans in-store for ya this month. 🤞🏻 that we ovulate and get a chance. We having been praying for the day we can become parents.
