Opk help!!!

So ... I'm a type 2 diabetic and before being switched to insulin I used to never have a problem with ovulation (per say).

My LH tests used to show increasing hormone and come out super strong.

Now it's been two months and last month I most certainly didn't ovulate and this month the tests and basically just showing up and not getting any darker as the week goes on.

😔 Is this an insulin thing? Or am I suddenly having issues... Anyone else have this?
