Help! i might be pregnant!

I had unprotected sex yesterday and the man i was with came before he could pull out. I panicked and jumped in the shower, trying to rinse it all out (i'm aware this isn't very effective). We then left to get a plan b/morning after pill but it was $50 and i don't have any money so i couldn't afford it. my period is due to start today (according to eve) and i've been feeling typical symptoms i.e light cramps, about two drops of blood, food cravings, and bloating but there's been no flow. I still haven't had any spermicide since he came in me and i'm very worried. I'm 18 and in highschool and i don't have any parents. I have insurance though. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Please, no mean comments about how dumb i am, this pregancy scare is punishment enough.
