So confused

I'm currently on the mini pill. Have never missed a day till Sunday the 29 and only because I had a family emergency and was away from home. I had sex on the 26 and 28. I took both pills on Monday. Could I get pregnant? My period is all over the place because of the pill so not sure when I would even test??? 🤷🏼‍♀️

The past 2 days I noticed some weird CM now today I'm bleed bright red only when I wipe. Should test ?

Last period was September 10
