I feel like everyone is moving on with their lives and mine is so slow..I have friends having babies and getting married already!! I can’t even bring up marriage to my boyfriend or 3 years..when will my time ever come 🙁

i understand how that can be. i live in a military town so marriage and babies happen typically pretty young for people around here. for me that wasn’t really a problem until i started dating my boyfriend. now i have all of the fevers. marriage, babies, house buying, you name it! i wanna do it all with him and i wanna do it all right now. i think these urges are just born out of love for my man though. either way, having everyone around you have these things is so hard sometimes especially when you want it so much. it WILL happen for you, but why can’t you bring it up with your boyfriend of three years?

I feel you. I've been with my SO for 10 years. We aren'tt engaged and have no kids. Never been pregnant. But all my friends and cousins just got into new relationships and they're either pregnant or been together a little over 2 years working on 2nd or 3rd child. Im VERY happy for them but it definitely makes me sad and wonder what's wrong with me?

If you’ve been with your boyfriend for 3 years and he isn’t willing to talk about the future with you, then I would call that a red flag. Maybe try having a talk with him about it and see what his intentions are, hopefully you’re both on the same page and you haven’t spent 3 years with someone who doesn’t want the same things as you ❤️
