Anyone tried Vitex?

Question

Has any of you ladies tried vitex or is on vitex? I need your thoughts please. Or if you experienced any side effects or if it resulted in regular cycles or even a BFP, I would like to know! I will be starting vitex soon, and I just wanted some opinions 💁🏻‍♀️ Hubby and I will be taking a break from TTC for the month of November so I figured I try vitex and see how it goes!

I used to never have a regular period, sometimes would go 6 months+ without one, but I've been taking vitex for almost two years and my periods and ovulation are on time every month.

I’m on vitex and love it! I have pcos. And it has helped me huge. I’m actually ovulating now! My first cycle using it was last month and we conceived but ended in chemical. However we hadn’t conceived for a year after our miscarriage. We’ve been trying to conceive for almost 3 years. Tons of fertility meds and monitoring and IUI with no results. So far vitex has proven it works for me. Oh and tmi but my Cm went from nothing to an insane amount and egg white! I’m so happy with it! I’m on800mg. At first it made me nauseous so now I take both at night and no issues.

It worked wonders for me! I was able to convince 3 times. Do not take if you have depression or history can mess you up emotionally

I tried it. Made me feel sick and messed up my cycle even worse. 9m without AF I believe if I wouldn't have taken it I would gotten af sooner

I’ve read that if you have high LH vitex doesn’t work but I have high LH and after taking vitex for a month I went in for a scan before starting femara. My doctor thought I’d already taken the femara since I never have mature follicles on my own!
