Implantation bleeding?

So first off let me say that my periods have never been regular. Back in May I started keto and going to the gym. I had a period June July and August like clock work. Nothing September and tested around 3 weeks ago and it was negative. Went on a romantic weekend trip September 20th and then last Friday October 4th I started having brownish blood and EWCM when I wiped. It was never enough to get on a pad and lasted until Sunday (October 6) on and off. So could this be implantation bleeding? I’ve never had break through bleeding in my life or anything like this. I don’t remember ever having implantation bleeding with my son. And my periods have always been bright red and heavy! What are your thoughts!!!
