Weird bumps

Okay so a couple days ago I had a weird bump on my vagina, like on my right lip, and it was hurting really bad. And really bothering me when my underwear rubbed against. I told my mom and showed her a picture , and she said it looked like a blister. It went away with in like a day, but then I woke up yesterday and I had another one, but it was on my skin part, like where most of your pubes grow and it has a little white head on it like a pimple almost.

Has this ever happened to anyone, or heard anything like it & can give me some advice ?
