Midwife and Miscarriage?

Has anyone who went through a midwife for birth had a miscarriage? Did that affect how much you paid the midwife?

Obviously when I choose my midwife I will ask this, but I wanted to get some advanced info if possible.

Edited to add: I’m not saying that miscarriage would be her fault. I’m just saying that if it were to happen, I would not need the rest of the appointments nor the delivery which are outlined in the care cost, so I was wondering if that would make a difference.
