IUI support

Hello! Just some friends needed. I am undergoing my 3rd IUI after a miscarriage. I’ve had 4 in total. 1st one ended in a miscarriage. 2nd one was unmedicated. 3rd failed and this is my fourth. I do the double IUI back to back due to low sperm count and only 2 follicles every cycle. I took letrozole cd5-9. I am doing my trigger shot tonight I have 19mm on left and 15mm on right. I’m just so scared of another failure..
