Adoption with a baby on the way

Hey girls! I'm struggling, me and my husband have been given the opportunity to adopt a 2 year old little girl who is my distant cousin. The only problem is we already have a baby on the way, and we live in a tiny apartment that could only hold us and the baby. My husband says it not a logical idea bc we don't have any place to put her but our room until the baby's born then the living room, and we are already spending an arm and a leg on hospital bills, he said he 100% would adopt her if we lived in a bigger apartment and I picked up more hours at work. It makes me sad bc no one else in our whole family wants her bc they don't want to split up her and her brother and my sister is adopting her brother so if we took her in then she would be with her brother all the time bc we live super close to my sister. If we don't take her then my sister is gonna take both but she's single and it would be a major struggle for her to have two children. And everytime I think about the lil girl I want to cry bc of how they found her in a drug scene where her mother was half dead and she didn't own any clothes or diapers just a blanket to keep warm in the cold crying and scared.

My husband says we should let his sister and brother-in-law adopt her, but his sister is trying to start a career in nursing and is still going to school while trying to find a job, and his brother in law is trying to start his own company and has to travel to the nearest city alot. And they are both NOT very sympathetic people.

I just feel like God is calling me to help this little girl and give her a stable home with a loving mom and dad. We ofcourse know that she is going to have alot of needs, and my husband and I are completely ready to handle that he's just stuck on there not being enough room in our apartment and our lease doesn't run out until June 2020.

I guess I just need someone to tell me if it's a good idea to keep bringing it up to my husband if we should adopt her, or just give her to my sister.
