When to ban kid's friends from our house?

I'm an extremely patient mom. I understand how important it is for our kids to have friends in the neighborhood and to be able to play but where do you draw the line and ban certain children from coming over?
My daughter has been playing with a girl (9 year old) who lives a few houses down. She started playing with her a few months ago and it's HELL everytime. The little girl is straight up BAD. Doesn't listen. She's a walking tornado. This is not a typical kid. 
So many things she's done I can't even list them all. 
Everytime I see her I get anxiety because she's so bad. There are about 5 girls in our neighborhood that all play together so I can't just ban my daughter from playing with her, but is it wrong to not allow her back at our home?
I've talked to them about this multiple times but she will just not listen. I always hear my poor daughter telling her "no, my mom said no, etc." But the kid is just disrespectful as shit.

I had a friend like that when I was younger and my mom had a system where she could come over but at the first sign of disrespect the girl was sent home for the day and could try again tomorrow. At first it lasted about half an hour and she had to go home, but after a few tries she started to listen. It sounds like this girl doesn’t think there will be consequences because it’s not her parents. I would sit the girls down and explain to all the girls at once, this is my house and I love having you here, but there are rules and if you can’t follow them you’ll have to go home and try again another day.

You've said you've talked to "them" a million times, the parents or your daughter and the girl? As a parent, you'd have to speak with the girl's parents to see what's going on. If they aren't parenting her right, then you know the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree, but they may be good people. Talk to them and go from there.

My mom had this problem with a neighbour’s kid. She repeatedly told him not to jump on the furniture. He didn’t listen. She told him if he did it again she would be taking him home. Mama doesn’t bluff.  She took him home. Never had that problem again.  She explained the rules and then she enforced them.

There is nothing wrong with that. When your daughter asks if she can come over just tell her no.

It’s not wrong to not allow her back, but I think that you should speak with the girl and let her know exactly why she is not going to be allowed back. Maybe you can give her another chance and lay out the rules before she comes in the house and if she is disrespectful at all, send her home immediately. Tell her, you have been told the rules of the house, and you haven’t listened and so you need to go home now. Be consistent with this and then eventually it could get through to her. Sounds like she doesn’t have much consistency in her life if her parents are never around, so she might need this type of structure from you.￼￼￼
