Advice please

I went for a hospital appointment and they asked if I could be pregnant, at the time I was 2 days late so they had me do a pregnancy test even after saying this is normal for me to be a day or 2 out.

Anyways the test came back NEGATIVE but I’m now on my 5th day of being late.

I’ve been using that Flo app for nearly a year and it’s never been wrong, when logging my ovulation test on the glow app it was pushing my period a week or a few days. I then forgot to log in that I didn’t ovulation that day it was saying I was ovulating so it’s saying period is next week.

I don’t know what to do as I’ve been really gassy and getting tummy pains etc 😩😩
