HELP! Am i pregnant??

I had spotting around 6 days after my fertile window according to glow. I don’t track my ovulation myself so I’m not sure when I truly ovulated. Now my period is 7 days away and today I had a lot of CM and some was pinkish again. I am not on birth control or anything, so nothing could be messing up my hormones. This is driving me crazy! I’ve also been feeling nauseous slightly, headaches and fatigue but I also know those symptoms could be related to so many things. Help!!!
