HCG levels not appropriately rising.

So I went in on Wednesday october 9th for a check up. I have pcos and so I knew it would be off for the dates as far as how far along I would be. When she tested my levels were at 805 and she could not see any sac or anythingin the uterus nor my tubes. Which was very weird. I would be about 4-5 weeks. So she had me retest today Friday the 11th in hopes my levels would rise and they only went to 835... the office was closed so I couldn’t get any help. is this an ectopic? What could be wrong and what should I look out for? I’m so scared and nervous. Has anyone else had something similar and everything turned out ok?
