Acne from birth control?

So I was off the pill for a month, and then I started taking it again and I'm through my first complete month. This past month I've gotten some weird acne, a lot of it seems to be on my legs (knees, back of thighs) and butt. I had this problem a little bit earlier in the summer but it seems especially not great right now. Is this from my birth control? They don't hurt, some don't even get a head it's just a little red dot. Any advice would be great
