Nexplanon removal

Hey ladies! I had my Nexplanon implant for 2 1/2 months and felt like crud on it so I had it removed. I didn’t have a regular period but had spotting Sept 23rd to 26th. I had it removed the 27th and have not had any bleeding. I felt nauseas, have constant headaches and I’m light headed. I heard that’s normal but I noticed I’m bloated too and my uterus is swollen. Right below my belly button is hard. I took a test on Monday and it was negative which I expected. Any similar experiences?
