Need advice please

Ultrasound Tuesday 10/8 at supposedly 8 weeks showed gestational sac and yolk sac but no pole or HB. I’m fairly certain I ovulated WAY late from my LMP of 8/8. Said I was measuring 5weeks.

Dr ordered HCG levels to check and told me to go to ER if I start bleeding excessively. I had spotting Tuesday night after Pap smear and 3 vaginal ultrasound attempts but no major cramping and no spotting/bleeding since

Told me after second bloodwork results they would call me and discuss what to do next.

Tuesday 10/8 HCG was 72,191.

Thursday 10/10 HCG was 89,501

Dr office never called me today and isn’t open til Monday now. I only found out the level bc I went to the lab website.

I have no idea what this means and to be this stressed out and helpless over the weekend is just a lot to handle.
