I’ve been scared to ask...I am 6 weeks and not a ton of symptoms?

I had a miscarriage in February at 17 weeks and that whole pregnancy I was sick and had tons of symptoms. I am now 6w 5d and I’ve been confirmed by doctor. There was a heartbeat of 138 at 6 weeks and my hormones on a pregnancy test where through the roof. Did I just get lucky and this one is super easy or should I be concerned? My breasts are slightly tender sometimes, occasionally I feel nauseous but that’s pretty much it? 🤷🏻‍♀️ has anyone else been in the same boat? 🤞🏼
