Poop.

My dd is 4 months old and ebf. I changed her diaper today and her mustard colored poop has blackish flecks in it... Kinda looked like coffee grinds. So I start googling and this can mean baby has digested blood?!? My nipples are not bleeding. She is acting normal peeing and eating. She did have a slight fever yesterday from her 4 month shots. Should I make a doctors appointment? Freaking out over here.
