Worries

So I haven’t seen a dr in years, any dr at all other than urgent cares for colds (which I’m barely sick) and as I’m getting older I know I should go to a dr to have check ups but I am truly and deathly afraid of being told I’m going to die or have cancer or have a disease. My anxiety is so bad in that department. And I feel horrible for not even tho I feel healthy and haven’t had any issues ever!

Am I wrong for having not gone to any dr at all?

Also I feel like a dr is going to look at me like I’m an idiot for not going. 😕

I’ve never posted in a blog or a community but I feel like I really like glow and that I can blog on here
