Should I be concerned?

My little guy is 11 months old today :) On Sunday, each diaper I changed, it was like diarrhea. Some was a lot and then hardly anything at all. I would say it’s been about 14 times since Sunday. Almost each time, we’ve had to change his outfit because it seeped through the diaper. He doesn’t have a fever and he’s acting like his crazy normal self. We do have a sippy cup with water and pedialyte that we’ve been giving him since yesterday. Anyone have any idea what could be the problem? 😔
