Advice for sleeping
Hey! I’m a first time mom and I’m looking for some advice. My son sleeps really good from 2 am until 7 am but I’m trying to figure out if I can get him to sleep earlier for when I go back to work. As of right now he’s eating every 3 - 4 hours but it seems his “awake” time is right around bed time lol any advice is appreciated!
