Is it possible?

I had a positive pregnancy test on Saturday, my period was due Monday I started bleeding Sunday and today’s Tuesday I’m still bleeding, is it possible I’m still pregnant? I had a miscarriage in July so I’m trying not to get my hopes up I’m sure I’m not pregnant anymore or was I ever I don’t even know. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow I’m more concerned that I have o negative blood so if I need to get rhogam shot to protect myself for future pregnancies.

Feeling defeated like will I ever get pregnant again? I have 2 kids that were total surprises and now I’m actually trying to get pregnant it’s so hard 😢
