So this dude says this girl is prettier but then later says no yous look a bit a like why did he say that did he regret saying it and why did he say it in the first place was it to make me jealous why did he say it where not together

I personally wouldn’t want to be with someone who was comparing other girls to me, especially if it was with intentions of trying to make me jealous. That just seems super immature. I’d take it as a bit of a red flag

He probably regretted saying it because he thinks you're pretty too and didn't want you to lose interest after he called the other girl pretty. So he was pretty much saying he thinks you're attractive.
