Best time to have a 3D/4D ultrasound?

What is everyone's opinion on when to get a 3D ultrasound? I'm 13 weeks now and my next appointment is at 16 weeks to find out gender! I've had friends wait until around 28-32 weeks to get them done! Anyone have recommendations?

My local 3D/4D place has a special package called watch me grow where you get an ultrasound at 19/20 weeks and another at 30 weeks. These were taken at 19 weeks 6 days. My next is the 31st of October and I'll be 30 weeks along. :-) you can see fingers, toes, tongue, etc. She even got a picture of his butt when he put it against the wand lol.
