Feeling normal at 10 weeks??

Question

I’m 10 weeks and 2 days and for the past couple days I’ve been feeling completely normal. I had a miscarriage earlier this year at 7 weeks so i am pretty anxious about this one. 
Previously felt sick and tired all the time but now I’m feeling completely normal - no sore boobs - not overly tired - no cramps - no sickness - consultation has eased up. 
Did anyone else have something similar?

I was the exact same I felt great for a week once I hit 10 weeks now that I’m 11 weeks I feel sick again 😩

I just hit 11 weeks today and my symptoms have almost completely vanished since last week my doctor reassured me it’s normal. I do get a bit of nausea randomizes or tender boobs but that is it I feel completely normal lol the wonders of pregnancy happy healthy 9 months ❤️
