HATE MY COWORKERS

So I work at a daycare where I’m the closing manager. We hired this girl Lindsey maybe 5 months ago and OH MY GOSH. The phone rang yesterday and only certain people are allowed to answer it and as the manager I am one of them. So I answer it and do what I had to do. Once I hung up, Lindsey stormed into my room YELLING at me in front another teacher and all my kids saying I don’t answer the phone. And I was confused so I said excuse me? And she yells at me again saying that I’m not allowed to answer the phone cuz I signed a paper saying only Managment and herself get to answer the phone. So I told her I’m allowed to answer the phone and she rolls her eyes, throws her hands in the air and goes NO YOURE NOT. So I told her to go ask the director and she told ME to ask the director and slammed the door in my face. When I talked to the director, she told me I’m allowed to answer the phones. AND today, I heard a coworker saying Lindsey is the assistant director of the daycare??? Like how is someone like her allowed that position?? This whole daycare is whack
