16 days late period‼️‼️

Had this yesterday morning and today only when I wipe it’s not a flow or anything I had been cramping too, it will stop then maybe come back when I wipe but only a little bit...

am I out ??? Is this period coming ?? Should I take a pregnancy test??????? I normally have a very regular cycle also been vomiting every morning
