Is this PPD or name regret?

Not sure if I have PPD or name regret but I am obsessing over the name we chose for our daughter, and keep thinking about the other name I wish I chose. It's taking over all brain power and energy and makes me feel quite sad and depressed :(. How do I deal with this?

I know a person who changed their baby’s name a few months after he was born. If your heart is telling you to change it; I say change it. It might be a little awkward at first telling people but no one will remember in a few years.

Sounds like you are quite anxious. Post partum anxiety is real and something that you can seek help for.  It can manifest in many ways, so definitely go chat to your doctor and they might be able to point you to a counselor or someone who can talk through all of your thoughts with you 💗
