Help me please

MMc in 2015 resulted in d&c

Rainbow in Oct 2016

TTC since Feb 2019

Had a chemical in aug (positive test end July bled 6th aug and bfn on 8th aug)

Sept 35 day cycle

Oct 5th had a very very faint line then started af a day earlier than expected on the 7th Oct flow was normal cramps etc finished on 12th Oct

Nothing on 13&14th

Had sex mon 14th night

Tues had pink when wiping on the loo

Weds the same but also drips in the loo

Today has been pretty much a flow. First pee of the day the tiolet was red I’ve had a pad but not soaked just patch of blood every 3-4hrs

Thing is online advice was to test so I did this morning and I had a faint positive darker than the one from the 5th Oct and it’s a 20ml test not 10

Am I miscarrying do I need a gp do I wait and hope for a BFN

I really hoped for a bfn this morning 😕 which is hard when your trying for a bfp
