Zoloft 200 mg

Hi! husband and I want to start trying but I am on an ssri max dosage for panic disorder and am having a hard time finding any definitive answers. Doctors and OBGYN have said it is ok to take when pregnant and that it would be worse if I was off of it but my husband has researched and is against that dosage but I need to be on the meds. Anyone out there have a success story?
