Have i miscarried? Please help

I am currently 9dpo I checked for a pregnancy test yesterday morning and it showed a very very very faint line and then last night before bed i started getting cramps on my abdominal and lower back with watery bleeding with few clots. Is this normal? Have i miscarried?

Im not too sure whether i got a false positive and just started my period early or should i go to the doctors to get it checked? Im not due my periods for another 10 days. Please help
