Implantation Bleeding?

Ok so my period is 5 days late.but you know how us females sometimes have that feeling that you feel your period is coming or it’s happen.. so yea I went to the bathroom and saw a little bit of blood. So this tip my friend gave me was finish wiping then get a clean new Q-tip and put it inside of you. If there’s no blood to a faint amount of blood then its implantation and if you get a good amount and you see the color (visible) then you got your period So I did and I honestly I think I got my period. What do you think (before y’all start judging I’m not saying this is a proven fact/result & my period comes on light to medium and on my first day of my period its extremely light.. it takes a while to fill a pad up)
