Manual pump tips?

I have to drop my son off at school and then head straight to an appointment. I'm going to have to use my manual pump before I go in. Any tips to help get the milk flowing quickly? I've never had much success with the manual pumps, but I gotta do what I gotta do, lol.

Which one do you have?
You can do short quick squeezes which should simulate the baby’s initial suckling. Then once you have the letdown then you can switch to longer and more pressure squeezes.
