Can i pass this to my baby?

Hey ladies sorry if im posting in the wrong group im just worried. I woke up at 4am to my body feeling sore and super itchy. Luckily my husband was up getting ready for work so i asked him to take a look and he said i have little bumps all over my side going towards my boob, my stomach, neck, inner arm and palm. Has anyone had this before ? And i also have a 4 month old im scared i'll pass it to him 😭 Im going to urgent care once my husband gets home from work but its overwhelming.

It looks like an allergic reaction. I’ve had two in my life (not sure what from) and both times I was very itchy and red bumps like that appeared. I took allergy medicine and it cleared it up.

Not sure if it's the same thing but when I was younger I was allergic to Red dye #40 (not even sure it was actually that or some other food item) but if I had any or too much, I would wake up the next morning, my body full of itchy hives, and fingers swollen. it was awful. Maybe it's an allergic reaction to something?

If it moves about and is stingy/itchy it could be hives? I get them a lot and they’re like little stingy very itchy patches that move about and are sore.

No clue without knowing what it is.  Just keep it covered and practice good hand hygiene until you see your doctor.
