so i’ve been on the depo shot for about 2 rounds (i got my last shot in june). i decided to stop the shot and let my body kinda go back to normal. my nipples specifically have been really tender and i’m about 10 days out from my next period. normal? oh! i also haven’t had sex since early february and i’ve has three negative pregnancy tests from my gynecologist. this is just PMS symptoms right??
