Should I call dr or wait?

This may sound a little silly....
I had an early miscarriage September 22nd & just found out I’m pregnant again. I’m afraid to make an appointment with the doctor (he wanted me to wait a couple cycles.) Has anyone called and just requested a blood test? Is that a thing? Without making an appointment? Or should I just go ahead and make an appointment? Help!!

I’ve had several early miscarriages and my doctor has instructed me to call her the minute I get a positive test so that she can start monitoring immediately and ordering bloodwork.

I had an early miscarriage September 17th Dr appointment was the 20th and I was told to notify him ASAP and to start trying ASAP because right after a miscarriage you are twice as fertile. Found out October 10th we were pregnant again and immediately went straight to the Dr and they did a blood test to confirm it. I've been back every two days since monitoring my levels and tomorrow will be 5 weeks
