Sharp pains in nipples!!

I’m in my 2ww. 8dpo today, this morning my right nipple had sharp pains going through it and that’s what woke me out of my sleep. Both my breasts are having pains and sore, and I NEVER get sore or painful boobs, NEVER! What do y’all think is going on? Wish me luck, I hope this month is my month!!
