Late period

Hello everyone i just hope someone help me in this issue

I did injectables IUI last cycle and of course my period showed up now this cycle i am on a break as i will start IVF on December

So i had brown blood and spotted with period like cramps at CD 22 and it stayed for 3 days and now i am in CD 35 and still no period and only lightly cramping from time to time

Ps no breast tenderness or any other symptoms except getting a little bit dizzy 😫 i did a home pregnancy test on CD 27 and it was a negative 👎

Can someone please tell me what is wrong with me please
